Sorry I should be more clear. "Junk in a drawer" is a joke. I have many projects and sometimes file them away for a few months.  I own a SE, Classic II, PLUS and 512k The SCSI2SD will find a spot (eventually) in my setup. I'm using a red scsi2sd adapter v5. Is Michael the designer?

Updated the firmware lastnight. After update the PLUS will not recognize the drive at all :( Lido is blind to this drive.  Damn-it. Guess I will toss this junk back into a drawer. I may have overlooked some settings in the SCSI2SD utility software.

OOooooohhhh  That is the issue I bet! Now if I can only find my upgrade cable.. Will report back when updated. Might require a few days.

Originally my PLUS would boot from this scsi device. Once the SCSI2SD adapter was installed (in the enclosure) booting ability stopped. Though I can view it in LIDO and install OS onto it.,  but no booting.

Hello everyone. I'm trying my hardest to convert my old noisy SCSI external drive into a SCSI2SD. The SCSI2SD is installed and the MAC can read the contents of the drive. But.. it will not boot from the SCSI2SD I was able to run a complete installation of OS 6.0.8. I can see the system folder...

Basically this with a db-9 connector.  Certainly an Apple product made in the early 80s I'm positive a chip(s) is fried.  Hopefully deciphering the error code can point me in the right direction.

Tried using a joystick (first time) on my Macintosh Plus today.  The Mac rebooted when moving the joystick position. Now it boots to a Sad Face icon and error code 03c510. I was reading this page but I do not understand how to decipher my error code...

You will love it! I repair old Macs and the FloppEMu was my best purchase last year. Makes troubleshooting systems and simply playing old games so much easier.

Hot Damn, Thanks for the reminder on option keys. I decided to popoff the option keys and add a small drop of Deox-it to the switch. Fixed It! Original M0110 keyboards have become expensive. I really wanted this one to work :)

That's incredibly simple, I was expecting something much more cryptic and difficult. As for HD cloning and backup. Do you have any suggestions on software? My preference would be making a HD image and transfer it onto the Floppy Emulator.  Clone it to SD card before I start repairs etc. I've...
