I just got a Color Classic Mystic from ebay. When I power it on the monitor takes forever to turn on. Might that be caused by a missing system clock battery? This behavior only happens when the machine is off and then powered on. If I reboot I encounter no issues. I'm suspecting that something...

I have a skewed image on my regular classic after swapping analog boards. I wonder if the cap issue you were suspecting also applies (maybe) here with my BW classic.

Actually there's two that are green on the PCB. - The G5431 model (black ball) made in Taiwan - The A9M0331 model (gray ball) made in the USA

I've forgotten, which ADB mouse has the green PCB? Is it the Malaysian variant?
