Sound Manager 2.x - Anyone have it?

I need Sound Manager 2.x to do some testing with Sound & the Radius Rocket under System 6. Does anyone have it? I looked online for it and can't find it anywhere. Plenty of mentions, but no links. I tried looking in some old Apple Dev CD's and they didn't have it either.
