SE/30 restoration, distorted video

I got this Mac months ago and any help would be much appreciated because I’ve been tearing my hair out over this for ages now, so much so that I had to put it on the back burner as I wasn’t getting anywhere.
I’ve seen a couple of threads with similar symptoms but haven’t been able to replicate the fix on my machine.IMG_0198.jpeg
I posted a few months ago on Reddit and while the replies were helpful I didn’t get anywhere with the suggestions, the machine chimes and appears to boot just fine, but the image on screen has some artifacting, I’ve tried everything short of using an oscilloscope but that’s because I don’t own one and it seems daunting to use. I’ve replaced all the chips circled below, and I’ve checked continuously between any pins running from either the cpu or the glue chip to the RAM muxes or video multiplexers and I couldn’t find a break, so I’m not 100% sure there isn’t one somewhere but I’m pretty confident. I also tested different arrangements of the RAM so I’m pretty sure none of the sticks are bad either. Oh and it goes without saying I recapped the whole board, it was doing the same thing before I recapped it so I know it wasn’t that and the battery had also miraculously not leaked either.
If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful!

Okay odd little update, I actually found a broken trace between UE12 and RP2 which look like they are part of the sound system, and now I get an actual simasimac screen after fixing the trace somehow? Yes I know the board is filthy, I haven’t bothered cleaning it yet. I’ve circled both the damaged trace and the pins that are connected, I checked this on the schematic and it’s ‘HSKOA’IMG_0213.jpegIMG_0214.jpeg

It’s also used to verify the system voltages have stabilized before beginning the startup routines.

The first image is probably a bad address line in the video section. Simasimac is a step backward from that, so something got worse.
