Se/30 no video

Trying unsuccessful to get an se/30 working right recapped and afterward not getting video it make a regular boot chime. So far I've just checked for continuity using the attached schematic upper left everything checked out expect pin 9 (Video Out). I don't get continuity for pin 9 to r22 or r20. I do have continuity between the 3 resistor and the capacitor as shown in the diagram. I'm going to check my other board tomorrow but figured I ask if anyone has any thoughts. Could I run a bodge wire from pin 9 to the right side to r22?

Yes you can, probably some cap goo still present.
Thanks always nice to have a bit of reassurance. hooked up the bodge wire to pin 9 and the resistor and got video output, but it still scrambled. hooked and SE and SE/30 to the analog board and they both display properly. I'll probably go ahead and recap the analog board this weekend but I'll poke around the logic board more in the meantime.

Just to add a bit of detail the video seemed to get more stable when I jiggled the connector at one point seemed to be working reassembled the Mac and went back to this try swapping the connector with one from a battery bombed board in the process the pad for pin 9 came off when using the solder sucker discover that this morning.

Read a ton of posts this week which were a big help. After swapping of pals which didn’t help jiggled the analog board connector again this time I lost video. So went back to continuity checks on the power connector and pin 10 no longer had continuity to r24 guessing the connection was iffy to begin with after running a small wire between both points it fixed. I’m going to clean thing up a bit and reassemble hopefully never opening it up again.
