You could try to remove the bezel by gently prying up, perhaps with application of heat, but chances are slim the bezel will survive, and it’s possible to damage the screen with heat. I was successful with a few bezels under which the glue was particularly brittle just by prying - no heat needed - but most of the bezels were not reusable afterwards.
If you are successful in removing the bezel and LCD, you need to unscrew the LCD from the sides. You will likely find that the black bracket that surrounds the LCD has broken off in the extraction process.
I have heard of success stories with JB Weld, but I was not successful gluing hinges in place with CA glue or epoxy (including JB Weld); the repair was just not strong enough.
I ended up reusing the few bezels that survived, along with case backs/hinges purchased NOS from Sunshine Express on eBay. I bought some NOS bezels from them, also. I don’t know if they still have any bezels or backs/hinges left. It was expensive, particularly since it was for a dozen or so TiBooks, and fiddly, but it worked.
