Recapping mac classic problem

I tried to recap my mac classic since there is no one around in my country that does these type of services i checked everything with my multimeter and it shows 0 ohms while the capacitor c6 shows ohms and c51 which seems directly under c6 capacitor. I dont know if the L smd components are supposed to show ohms but all of them show ohms. The only thing i could think of is that the board randomly sparked around either pin 7 8 9 or 10 next to the power connector on the logic board.

Multimeter is the wrong tool: You want a capacitor ESR meter specifically designed for in-circuit testing. Else just assume that the surface mount electrolytic capacitors all need replacing, because when we're talking Classic/Classic II/Portable, they likely do.

Ive already replaced the caps with the tantium ones how do i know if nothing bad will happen and its just the wrong tool if i were to just plug the logic board in and test it

A common mistake is reversed polarity. You'll get better help if you post pictures of the board.

Are you currently having a problem with the board? Your original post doesn't say you're having any problems. Other than cleaning residue all over the board the board looks okay. Are you just asking for reassurance before you plug it in and try it for the first time? If so, use your multimeter and test continuity between ground and all the voltage rails going into the J12 connector. If you have a short to ground you'll get a near zero ohm reading. If no short circuits to ground, then it's probably safe to try.
