Freecycle FTW... hopefully no-one nabs before me!

"I have a Mac 512K (circa 1984) and Mac SE30 (circa 1987?), including operating system disks. Also an Apple Color StyleWriter II printer, LaserWriter, and Epson color inkjet printer. Have extra cartridges for the inkjets, floppies (4.5") for the Macs, and a Zip drive w/SCSI cable."

To anyone else in the Columbus area - "dibs".

Yea, I'm finding that out. I see offers on freecycle every now and then and when I *think* I'm jumping on them fast they are always taken :(

I'm not sure if it's still there, but there used to be a store called Macmobile in Columbus. They sold older Macs (and had several in the window) and my cousin actually bought me a Classic II for my birthday at the store many years ago. I called them a few years ago to see what sort of inventory they had in stock at the time and they said they were looking to get rid of some of their older stuff, so they may not have compacts or the like anymore.

I believe Macmobile got its name from their mobile consulting services. Don't confuse the store with the MacMobile, which was an early third party portable, or with Mobile Me.

I emailed them with a list of stuff I'm interested in and they said they would keep me in mind. Nice, thanks for the tip.
