hi, I'm a PC. I used to be a Mac though.
I grew up with Macs. my dad owned an SE and had internet access since basically I was born (if you can really call late 80s/early 90s real internet, more like just a modem for dialing into work). I had a 6116 pretty much to myself since I was 7. elementary school used Macs and even still old Apples exclusively. but then my uncle started working for Microsoft and my dad would bring home Intel hardware and I built my first rig at 12. dabbled in Mac stuff on and off for awhile since then. I picked up a Quadra 840AV a few years back that had OS 8 on it, slapped a SCSI Plextor drive and 128MB of RAM in it and actually was useable for some of my usual activities. sold that and since I started playing with my Powerbooks I have floating around (basically trash I inherited) I wish I hadn't have gotten rid of it.
if I come across a 96x0 Powermac someday I might try to snag that. anything G3 or newer just doesn't interest me.
