Thank, for the IIsi can be tricky because an ATX does not fit in, not even a SFX.

I see. Yeah the one I mentioned is a micro ATX so smaller, but not sure if it will work with your IIsi. It was another option for your IIci.

I successfully completed the ATX conversion.
I connected the fan and the relay for the 230VAC for the monitor.
To reverse the PS-ON I used a NPN. To avoid a larger PCB I inserted the resistors in the wires protected by the heat shrink insulators.
The NPN transistor is connected to the 3 wires and wrapped with the heat shrink.
I left the PSU unused wires , just in case....
The 230VAC input has now two sets of filter capacitors, I think this is not an issue
