Is the floppy drive you are working on the problem? It may be the cause of the Blown UJ11. Have you another computer you can test the floppy drives on?
I removed the floppy drive and I can run the Mac SE 30 without it since I have a BlueSCSI. This drive is the reason for the blown UJ11.
At the moment the board is not starting and I will try again once the UJ11 chip is removed.
