Looking for an OLD version of motu Performer

Purchased? Yes - but not new of course. MOTU aren't going to want to support their stuff on an ancient system as this means they'd need to keep old Macs around for troubleshooting.
Finding older music software just takes a bit of patience. It seems like 45% goes to landfill, 45% stays in the attic, and 10% goes up for sale. Check the usual sources such as Craig's List and eBay. And boards like this one! Boards which are populated by people who dig older computer systems and/or music will often yield results. Why not post a WTB in the trading post here? Old software often falls through the cracks, so there is bound to be somebody out there who thinks it's great that you actually want it.
Last summer I scored Performer 5 from an eBayer for about $10. IIRC I was looking for something else, but since they were offering some old MIDI software I thought I'd see what else they had. Also, sequencers for System 6 and earlier can often be found for free if you poke around - not such a bad thing, considering the lack of support and flaky old disks - if somebody wants to buy the current version they still will.
