If you're talking solely electrolytic, here's what I saw when I cast my eye over a spare QS board I had laying around.

100uF 6V  x 6
220uF 35V x 2
330uF 16V x 1
22uF 35V x 1
100uF 35V x 1  
47uF 16V x 2

These are the only caps that are likely to fail, although QS logic boards tend to be fine beside bad solder points (anecdotal from the three I own). There are tantalum caps on the underside of the board but I would be amazed if any of them had failed yet.

Supplier preferences will vary from country to country. For the UK I recommend RS Components to most people due to their excellent customer service.

No worries, do share any repairs that end up doing. I've never heard of anyone replacing caps on a Quicksilver so I'd love to see what you're up to. If you need any parts that are hard to come by I have enough donor motherboards that I'm sure I could help you out.
