Fan and Speaker for Classic II

I am looking to replace the speaker and the fan in my classic II. I don't know the specifications of the speaker and would rather get a recommendation from someone who has done the replacement rather than screw it up myself. I don't remember what size the fan was (60mm I think?) but I am looking to replace it with a Noctua fan. I want to know the speed of the original fan so that I can use the correct resistor for the Noctua, rather than running it at 100% speed if possible. Any help, info, or insight is greatly appreciated!

It is 60x25mm. 3300 RPM is what I measured.

Comparing CFM ratings for the original fan would have been ideal, but I couldn't find any.

Did you find a speaker? I'm looking for a replacement 0.25w / 68 Ohm to finish a Classic analog board repair; I don't seem to be able to find much out on t'internet

Thanks; I looked up the SE speaker and saw that it was 63Ω/0.25w - which is actually what I'm looking for. The ink was smudged on my broken part so had me fruitlessly searching for a 68Ω. :)

No problem, might have to super glue it back.

Wouldn't this work?
I purchased one of these for my Mac Classic II and its 8Ω/0.25w. Don't know if its my Classic II or this speaker but I get no sound output with this speaker at all.

Frustratingly the headphone output on my Classic II doesn't work either after I recapped it (don't know if it worked before though as its been in storage for a long time).

Edit: sound output from the headphone jack is now working. I didn't have the 12+/12- V rails connected

Actually the speaker works, it was because I didn't have the 12+/12- V rails connected
