dual/triple interface pci cards for macintosh..a draft list

just kinda had this random thought while trying to look up something I recall about a supermac card (which turned out to be the e100) and mm I dunno what others think of crowding this kind of one-stop reference list for to help any owners with non-tower systems that has <=3 pci slots to squash things around with?
I'm not sure about whether to exclude brands-numerous firewire/usb dual interface cards or not on other hand but you decide that for yourself tho as its an open list process after all..

initial list;
orangemicro orangelink+ (firewire, fast ethernet)
orangemicro grappler+ (fast scsi, serial)
sonnettech tempo trio (ata133, firewire, usb)
ati xclaim vr, ati xclaim vr 128, ati xclaim vr pro (graphic, video-in)

not "listable" but technically still a dual interface card nevertheless;
supermac e100 (ultrawide scsi, fast ethernet) *only works specifically with the supermac J-series clone boards afaik?*

uncertain;
does the targa 2000 pci card actually have its own 2d gpu (which puts it into same list category as the xclaim above) or is the 'monitor output' feature simply pillaging from the onboard video? consumer-facing pdf for this card naturally is not too clear
