Color Classic doesn't boot off external HD

I just followed the Savage Taylor guide on a Mac and it worked fine. I understand you're on Windows though. I'm on Mojave running Basilisk II. I imaged my Basilisk drive to with Disk Copy 4.2 and saved it to my shared Basilisk drive. I then used dd in the terminal to copy it to my SD card.

It's cause when you do that it has a driver.
