I examined the sealing pip while I was removing the logic board… Didn't look like it was broken, of course... The yoke did look like it was somewhat squished…
Well that's something I haven't seen yet, but if the yoke is squished the neck of the tube is probably busted. If you loosen the screw clamp, the yoke should more or less slip off and you can inspect things.

The CRT is pretty easy to replace. Anyone from another B&W Compact Mac will do the job.

In the Classic I/II there can be a small compatibility issue with the yoke connector as they used 2 versions.

However if the deflection yoke connector of your replacement Tube is different, just mount the deflection yoke of your broken tube on the new one and you're done.
