I have your problem too. What do I have to do? I did nothing yet. After reading your post I tried ejecting it manually with a paperclip but it doesn’t come out. I mean, how Can I remove it!?

the drive has some problem, it worked for (its first after decades) three times...
You're going to have to open the system and remove the floppy drive and do the cleaning & lube procedures outlined above.

There's also good chance that one of the tiny gears in the drive may need to be replaced.

I've had floppy drives that refused to eject, but a good clean and lube fixed it.  Gear was fine.

Broken gears, etc, will not stop it from being manually ejected. It may be so frozen that part of it is in a different stage than the other. At this point, removal is probably the only option. Honestly, even if they work, maintenance on these is very important and re-lubrication essential. Since I made this initial thread, I learned that the grease I was using was NOT a good choice, and regular white lithium is better. Most important though is that a VERY small amount of grease is needed. Very small.

Thank you all. Yeah, everything is full of dust... And yes, I need to remove it and put some grease on it.
I would like to make a “fresh installation” of the System too. How can I do? Unf. I do not have the disks. Would it be feasible to manually remove all the not-original stuff?
