Woo woo!!
Taking advantage of the BH, I finally got 'round to cleaning up a PM8500 I picked up a few years back, and popped in an Interware (Daystar) dual 604e card I picked up off buyee specifically to play around with BeOS. Thanks to your guide and image(s*) I'm now underway.
I thought I was going to have to remove some RAM, but, as you can see, Be seems to be happy with it!! I did get an error about the network interface not initialising, so will need to figure out how to sort that out. Also (see the '*' above), it took me some head-scratching and poking 'round the "Getting Started" document to figure out how to launch...
So it might be worth mentioning the "Tools" .hda in your Installing section where you point to the pre-made .hda.
Of course, you can always leave it as is to see who "passes" and who doesn't!!
All in - happy bunny here! Thanks for giving us an "Easy" button!
