Apple IIe, PRODOS disk images, and BOOTI in

I got a nice BOOTI card for my Apple IIe and I want to create my own disk images, but I can not.

Foreword:
I read the documentation and I'm now conscious that it's a block device emulator and that I need ProDOS block order disk images.
https://github.com/paulhagstrom/dsk2po does not work to me, the images are still DOS block order, I do not why.
I'm not an Apple II guy ...

What I want to do:
I want to run Diagnostic tools like Apple2eDiagnostic and XPS Dagnostic but the images I found are written in ProDOS but they are in DOS order,

What I did:
I installed AppleCommander to manipulate disk images and it seems to work just fine but it does not support DOS to ProDOS conversion.
So I thought to create new ProdDOS140 disk images and to move files across images with acx command.
The procedure seems to work because with Virtual ][ I can load and run the disks I created:.

BUT when I put in BOOTI, I have a sort of welcome screen with a scrolling Apple saying that the disk has been initialized by AppleCommander and to insert another disk.

My procedure does not mirror the disk image, I just copy files to a new disk but something was left out, this might have something to do with the INIT and startup.
AppleCommander put it's own startup code and I do know how to revert this to the one set in the original
