Can anyone provide me the BOM and CPL files. JLCPCP is not taking the files I generated using the KiCAD. I can't figure out if it is BOM files or CLP that is the problem.

Hello, thank you for the zuluscsi.

I just assembled one myself. I just still have to solder the pico…

There is solder jumper or so in the back of the pico, there is also a tp202 and 201 at the Zulu back PCB.
Is there something to do with that or it can stays as it by default is on the pico and the Zulu PCB ?

My pico is from Mouser.

Thank you for the reply

Another question.
In the cvs BOM, there is 64X 4K7 resistors.
In the interactive BOM, there is 110 Ohm resistors that are not in the cvs BOM. But instead in CVS, also 4K7s.

Could be the 110 Ohm positions with 4K7 populated (as on the CVS BOM) ?

Unless you have a specific plan for wanting to route the USB signals elsewhere, connecting D- and D+ USB signals to the PCB from the Pico is not necessary, and leaving them as-is will not prevent anything from working properly.
