Yeah unfortunately that CRT is done for but this should be a drop in replacement. You will need to adjust the geometry and such after install and make sure you read up on replacing the tube and adjusting the yoke.
Good news chassis has been sand blasted, primed, painted, and clear coated. Somehow original logic board only has three bad ls chips and two broken traces. So safe to say she lives!
