Hello- I'm fixing my SE/30- I swapped in a new tube from a good SE and a new re-built analog board. I power it up now and I get a nice startup chime, but the video is just a single point of light. I checked connections and things look ok, what is going on?

I've downloaded both Zterm 1.0.1 (68k) from the site and from MacGarden- when I unstuffit with S.E. 5.5 I get an empty folder with just a folder inside called "Sounds." What is up with that? Does that happen to anyone else? Am i using a bad version of StuffitExpander? It works on other software.
