Soo this CPU card is bveing a real pain - I just can't get the repro to work reliably. I think this might be due to me substituting thhe hard to find 74ALS651's for 74BCT651's so this will be on hold for a couple of weeks while I wait for the real 74ALS6651's I have ordered to arrive

@max1zzz is there any reason not to use a 74hct651 for voltage compatibility or similar?

@Phipli Just availability, the BCT's where easy to get when I ordered parts and looked to my untrained eye to be compatible. The only "common" variant of the 651 now seems to be the ABT651 but that is only really available in SOP24 packages these days. I actually have some of these (As I used them as replacements on a IIcx board) but am currently waiting on adapter PCB's to try them here

@max1zzz yeah, its a pain getting the right parts these days. I haven't done much hardware stuff in the last couple of years after my parts orders kept sitting for months unfulfilled. I canceled my last order with Mouser after 8 months of waiting and... sort of gave up. Hope it works out.
