The best sound card you could get fairly easy on ebay would be an M-Audio Revolution pci sound card that works great with PPC Mac's. I have one in my Quicksilver and both the OS9 and OS X drivers work perfect. The sound quality is amazing as well with up to 24bit 192khz playback.
