A set was sold on eBay in late 2022 and the buyer decided to keep them private once he got it working.
I hope this is legit... but a set of A/UX 1.1 install disks have surfaced over on macintoshgarden.org just earlier this month.

I was working with the person who uploaded those to Macintosh Garden. He was able to obtain original A/UX 1.1 install floppy disks, but some were unreadable/corrupt/missing. I put him in touch with someone else who had a partial set of 1.1 disks, and between the two of them, they were able to assemble a complete working set.
This is the set that has been uploaded to Macintosh Garden. I have not tested it myself, though.
