I am trying to remember back in those days with PowerBook 1400 that I used to have - I cannot remember what the battery was like.
Ive rebuilt 2 Batteries packs for 1400, one wihe 4/3 batteries and 17670 batteries which is almost the same size as 4/3 batteries.
Ok - I have been using it and fully charged - what I have noticed - it'll drop like 40% then jump up to 65% or 80% whatever - its not steady drop down... if it goes below 30% it'll go battery saving mode. I have tried recondition, reset the batteries, discharge completely but the manner is the same.
SO what I am asking with your PowerBook 1400 - is the battery same behaviour what I am saying above?
