Macintosh Classic blank screen but chime

Hi. I have a Mac Classic fully recapped, both analog and logic board. The logic board is known good. At power on it chimes but screen is black. One more thing. I don’t see the tiny light at CRT cathode. Fan is working. Any ideas ?

I'm testing the CRT neck, I see open circuit at pin 3-4, this sounds weird
