Help with Classic environment on iMAc G4 running 10.3

Hello! Several years ago I picked up an iMac G4 in good condition. It worked and I set myself to installing an OS that would run classic. I had it working too but then I got the bright idea to dual boot it and wiped the HDD. Now I have reinstalled my OS10.3 system (I got the discs from a member of this forum) but I can't figure out how to install Classic. I tried to install a system folder from an Os 9.1 botleg I have but that didn't work because it said I can't copy the system folder etc. Any idea how to get around this? I figured it out a couple years ago but I am at a loss today.

What exactly was the error message?
What was the source for the System Folder copy?
What was the destination of the System Folder copy?
Try copying the System Folder to a different folder?
Or use sudo cp -R to copy the System Folder?

I was almost certain there was an option in the OS X install to include Classic. I’ve got the original 10.3 discs and I can check.

Here is what I am seeing. I seem to vaguely remembet from my installation 3 years ago that there's a trick but I can't recall. I think it might have to do with the specific version one uses. I am not currently using 9.2.2. Could that be the problem?

just use the disc image i linked.
if that doesn't work there's some other generic ones that will restore the classic environment
