And oh I bought this monitor to test this on crt.

APPLE M1787 Color Plus 14" CRT.

That sounds like an Apple 8bit monitor, not a 'Macintosh' monitor... If I'm right it won't work on a Mac (not practically, technically you could, but you wouldn't want to).

I take it back, it's just a monitor I have  never seen before. Weird thing. Will just read up on it.

If this won’t work. What is best solution get viewsonic monitor or video card. I also have Mac 2ci and LC2.

That monitor will work fine with your current video card. If you work out how to get an LCD working on your video card, you'll be able to dual screen with your two video cards.
