Flyback transformers - options for replacements

I did end up making a few of these up. after a couple revisions i realized that epoxy works out much better :p

Yep, Ive been stocking up on these, once they're gone, they're gone...
Well, except it looks like Artmix's offerings are new production.  At least, I've never seen one that looks like that until his came on the market.  So I suspect that once they're gone, we'll still be able to buy them from Artmix, but at a higher price.

All that said, I stocked up a couple of years ago, when Dalbani was asking less than $10 each for them.  :)

 
My advice is to vacuum-seal silica pack the unused flybacks, you need to keep the moisture out of the windings if they are going to last over the years. We are having a big big problem with this in the tube-type TV collecting world. 

 
oh yeah i see... ARTMIX's Flyback solution is a re-worked new flyback, to where many of these others are NOS, new old stock, kinda thing.
