What is this port name? Looks like DVI-I dual link but why looks different than default DVI-I dual link port?

That upper-bar cross thing shouldn't matter. You should be fine. What are you converting to?

If you have the analog pins are all wired up (four pins in a square above and below the horizontal terminal) you should be fine to convert to VGA. But are they connected on the card? It is very likely they are, but even a card that has no contacts behind the holes will have physical holes for greater physical compatibility.

Those two long vertical bars between the 24 pins to the left/centre and the 4 analogue pins on the right are interesting.
I wonder whether this is a card has a modified port for a dedicated cable to a device of some sort?

Have a look at this:

Digital Video Interface

This section provides the pinout for the two (2) male DVI-I output connectors on each DMS-59 to Dual DVI-I Y Splitter Cable that is included with the RED ROCKET®.

DVI-VGA adapters for this DVI-I port are readily available. I can send you one if you want (for the price of postage) but I'm in Switzerland.

It’s likely one of those ridiculous things that makes sure that only a certain company’s stuff can be used with it. Look at the little notch put in the Apple USB keyboard extension cables so they only fit Apple’s keyboards.
