Very happy with my $10 thrift store find: AppleDesign Powered Speakers!

Stopped into a local thrift shop yesterday and was just about to leave empty-handed when I spotted these wedged into a bookshelf: a pair of AppleDesign Powered Speakers! I searched all over the store any sadly was unable to find the matching AC adapter (anyone who has a spare or even the specific specs please ping me!), but just having the speakers is pretty cool.

Album here (I deleted the embedded pics because our forum software is terrible about incorrectly rotating pic uploads)

Yay! I love mine. I actually have a spare set I've put up on ebay a few times but no one ever buys them! ha

SWEET! I gifted a pair of refurbs to my son for the Media/HomeWorkStation I set up in his bedroom. He (relatively) recently gifted them back, but they're badly in need re-coning. Fab speakers for the time period.

The forum software reads the orientation tag of the photo itself when it is taken.

What a ton of people dont realize is when you hold a phone to take a picture, if you hold it at a slightly odd angle, the "controls" will actually rotate in coordination with the angle of the device. So to you, the picture appears right side up. But, the controls were rotated sideways, or wrong way around, so when you take the photo it notes that in the orientation tag.

There you go. I figured that one out when I noticed it myself.
