User account question [A/UX]

Probably something minor, but when I try to log into my admin user account, it shows a terminal window for a couple of seconds, and then reloads the login page...

What am I doing wrong?

What version of A/UX? Is this a new, clean installation? If not, what modifications have been done?

Have you tried changing the session type to something other than the default?

After some fiddling around, I remember that when I set up the account, I (accidentally) skipped through one of the options, (the shell option) which resulted in it not loading the basic GUI. Remaking the account fixed it.

I was running v3.0, until about a week ago, when I upgraded to the latest version (v3.1.1, I think).
