I can't for the life of me figure out the name of this program I used. I'll throw out what I remember, but it's been bugging me that I can recall the name.
Back in Jr High one of my art teachers had some arty program on his (probably LC AIO) Mac that was completely sprite/stamp based— no brushes or anything that I can recall. Its styling was sort of that early '90s fantasy/fairy elements, but I recall it was mainly subterranean… lots of animated color swatches. Lots of crystalline looking things. Not too much in the way of humanoids that I remember, maybe a few. Mostly it was sprites (the mythical creatures), fairies, moss, vines, crystals, other foliage, etc.
Most of its premise, I think, was decorating a cave… I want to keep calling it kaleidoscope, but that's the appearance manager control panel.
Anyway, not pressing, but wondered if anyone else here had used that program before. This would be 1995–96ish.
Edit: lots of prism type objects and such as well.
