Very strange:
I can't get the QS to switch resolutions properly:
Won't switch to 1920x1080@60Hz which is a recommended setting for the HPw2338h over VGA (hasn't got DVI) on the KVM switch.
Defaults to 1280x1024, but I can get it to switch to 1600x1024 which persists after restart.
Unplugged the 20" UltraSharp from ADC->DVI which had worked fine with the 19" 1280x1024 Ultrasharp
Nothing changed!
More strange:
Can't switch to the 20" UltraSharp's 1600x1200 native resolution with it running over ADC->DVI!
It was stuck at 1280x1024 letterboxed in the center at what I'm assuming was be unscaled.
Switched to 800x600 on a lark and now the 1280x1024 option is gone!
Switches to 1280x960, scaled to full screen, but I don't recall seeing this as an option earlier.
GeForce4MX is supposed to be fairly good, but the friggin' DA/466 with its low end ATI Rage128 did 1920x1080 on this same display just fine!
More strange yet!
Had some issues earlier with this machine holding Date & Time settings but not Display Positioning.
Any thoughts? I'm mulling it over before looking for drivers.
