Replacement rubber foot options for LC cases

What are the replacement options, if any, for melty rubber feet for the pizza-box style case of the LC series, Performa 475, Quadra 605 etc?

Somewhere or other, I came across a small, suitably coloured piece of rubber about 1/2" thick a few years ago. I take a slice when necessary, trim as needed, and glue it on. The result is not an "OEM"  machine -- but then, it isn't going to be, is it?
