PC Compatibility Card Issues

Maybe it is power related, but on the card itself - very dry input electrolytics on the rails? Possibly a regulator IC? I'd check the power on the board itself.

Probably should if you havent, recap logic board, pci riser card, and psu on the 4400. I also recapped my 166 pc compatibility card. Caps literally fell off at a little twist
