PB150 with Display Issue

I took a gamble and picked up a PB150, hoping I could swap screens with my existing 150 so I could avoid an evening of capacitor replacement. It's in pretty bad shape--it's missing a few screws, shows obvious wear on the case, and is without one of the plastic bumpers above the screen. The power adapter is the correct one for the 150, unlike the other 150 I have. However, the adapter is badly cracked and many of the internals are exposed.

The machine sounds fine--I can hear the hard drive spinning and the sounds of it appear to be fairly normal. However, there is a problem with the screen (the reason I went for this machine). The contrast control doesn't work (although the brightness slider is functional). Nothing will display on the screen--it's just blank.

I don't have any specs on this machine yet but it does have a modem installed.

I may fiddle with this one a little bit tomorrow. It may be a loose cable but most likely this seems to be capacitor-related from what I know about PowerBook display problems.
