Just reconquested something that I thought I'd given away a few years ago. Found an XEBEC Systems Apple Host Adapter stuck between the wall and the upper drawer of my filing cabinet. Still in the anti-static bag that I'd placed it inside about 7-8 years ago.

It's SASI. 37-pin header. Normally used with the early 10MB and 20MB Sider drives.

Lucky for you some of the old, old SCSI drives will work on SASI.

Did you know that originally SCSI was intended to be pronounced "sexy" but someone called it "scuzzy" and that stuck.

do you have the flat cable to 37pin for it ?

or do you have the diagram for that adapter, i got a card and the drive's but no cable...

Unfortunately, not at this time. A friend of mine made one for me a while ago, but I think I gave it back to him when I lost the card and gave up on the Sider drive that I had at the time. If I can get in touch with him, I will see if he's willing to make another cable (or two).
