The Pismo project now has a (relatively) new and spiffy keyboard with all the keys still on it, and a half-gig RAM stick to replace a 128, so now it has 768 MB RAM!
And it only took two whole weeks to get the keyboard to me after paying with Paypal. The RAM I paid by mail and it was faster! :-/
I still haven't replaced the sound/power board, so I still have to give it batteries charged in another machine, but since I also recently got a battery that goes for three and a half hours, it's not that annoying.
And it's not April first here, don't get so excited....
