I remember seeing one of these back in the day for an LC. From memory, the red describes each of the parts inside (HDD, RAM, etc). Good memories.

Was it the "Macintosh - The Inside Story" poster that has the LC II and AppleCD 300 with the covers off? I have that very poster! (back in QLD...thank GOD our place survived the floods!)

That's the one! I forgot all about that. I remember reading it for a few minutes to learn what was inside a computer, then taking home brochures on the LC475, LC575, Quadras, etc. In the end, I convinced my parents to put down $3,500 on an LC575. I loved that computer, so much so that I bought one a couple of years ago.

I have the IIfx poster :)

It just lists all the revolutionary features of the motherboard...

Ie. "The 40-Megahertz Motorola 68030 microprocessor used in the Apple Macintosh IIfx is the fastest microprocessor available in a personal computer. It's fast. Darn fast. We'd even go so far as to say wicked fast."
