Mac SE/30 checkerboard, no chime. Bad rom

Hi, on an SE/30 I had checkerboard issue with no chime, I figured out the rom pins were corroded, replaced the rom and now it runs fine.
Do you think there is a way to fix the pin header on the rom board?
