I have this LC I motherboard I want to sell, but I also have an LC II motherboard that needs a VRAM SIMM. Can I switch the one with the LC I to the LC II?
For those who don't know, this is what I am talking about:
Yes, though I believe in the case of the LC I, II and III, the maximum VRAM available to the system is 512k/768k, whereas the LC 475 allows for 1MB. I imagine that chip is a 256k chip; it would be rather pointless putting a 512k chip into one of the first three LC's, though maybe someone out there has something different to say!
