Mac IIci PSU compatible with PowerMac 7100?

Also right in the title... "Power Supply ... IIci..."
Yes, but I saw that there are 2 options, one for the IIci and one for the 7100. One is 108W and the other is 112W, for the IIci and 7100 respectively. Should I test it out? Will the 4 extra W hurt the computer?

Will the 4 extra W hurt the computer?
Nope, just means it can take a tiiny bit more load, I can't really think why Apple would've specified that the 2nd revision was uprighted slightly. The difference between the two isn't the pin out, it's just that the 2nd one is a later revision, so it will work fine.

Also, the IIsi power supply will work on all the machines that the IIci/IIcx power supply works in.

I wouldn't try to operate that way as a habit (plus I don't think it fits the cases), but for testing things on the bench, it can be handy -- especially if all you can find at the moment is a IIsi power supply.

Ok so I tested the PowerMac 7100 power supply inside my IIci, and it does indeed work fine. Thank you everyone!
