Looking for Turbocharger or PowerDisk, disk cache for 512K

I'm looking for some software from 1985-1986 that used additional RAM in the Mac 512K as a disk cache: Turbocharger by Nevins Microsystems, and PowerDisk.

I have the manual for Turbocharger, but no software. :-(
