KidPix slow/laggy custom cursor

Hi all,

Sometimes in KidPix I notice an extremely slow cursor when I have rubber stamp or selection rectangle selected (which replaces the cursor with an image.)
Other times it seems perfectly fine.
Has anyone noticed this and worked out which setting it might be that causes it?

I have 256 colours set and the screen resolution doesn't seem to make a difference.

What machine and what system version are you running?

Just ran into it on an iMac DV running 9.2.2 but I'm pretty sure I've noticed it on other machines before too.

I’ve never tried it on that new of a machine, but perhaps it could be some sort of system incompatibility. I’ve run it mostly in System 6 and 7 from a Mac Plus to Quadras…and I’ve never seen any slow cursor issues.
