Just committed to a 128!

In my semi-weekly search of Craigslist, I found a week old listing for a 128. The lister says it has a 256 KB RAM upgrade (which makes it still less than a 512, but more usable than a stock 128,) and comes with keyboard, mouse, and numeric keypad. And it's a steal, price-wise. (Although it will become the most expensive system in my collection; dwarfing the $100 I paid for a Duo 2300c. It's even more than the $200 I paid for a Newton a few years ago; which I bought to actually use daily, not as a 'collection piece', but which is now relegated to 'collection' status.) I was amazed to find out it was still available!

I should pick it up sometime next week.

Hey, maybe you can help me diagnose mine sometime that I bought last year. Guy shipped it well, but I think the HV section is bad even though the guy said it worked fine before he shipped it. Haven't cracked the case on it yet though. Your's is better.. It works. Mine is supposed to have a 512ke motherboard in the original 128k case which that part appears correct. It has the correct badging for an Orig 128 "Pre" Macintosh labeling.

Congrats again. They are very nice! Send pics if you would when you get that puppy in.
