Is this RAM compatible with a Quadra 950?

I found a good deal on RAM and I'd like to use it in my Quadra 950. I figured I'd double check to make sure that it was compatible before I pulled the trigger.

Do bear in mind, that unless you want to engage in building RAM disks, use PhotoShop or edit video, 32MB of RAM is more than you'll ever need.

Lots of RAM for a RAM disk can be nice if you want to out the HD and have a quieter machine. It'll mean having to start your machine twice so that you can build the RAM disk and then load stuff onto it. RAM disks are very fast and are great if you plan to sit down and have a long session on the computer (say, to play Civilization or some such). Do bear in mind that RAM is volatile and that if your machine crashs or hangs, the contents will be lost on a cold restart.
