Is this a DSP card? If so, for what? Any idea?

With a 1992 USRobotics DSP and those other brand Names, my guess would be a MoDem DaughterCard for an early Sony or NEC Laptop? Did all the coils, bells and whistles on MoDems begin going all digital in that time frame? I think my Duo Modems still had a nice assortment of analog goodies left on the board at the time.
